Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight Use a clean, dry spoon for each use to retain freshness
Preparation
1. Mix ½ cup bajra flour with 1.5 cups water in a
saucepan using a whisk to avoid lumps.
2. Cook on medium heat for 5–8 minutes, stirring
continuously until thickened.
3. Add ½ cup sour curd and another ½ cup water, mix
until smooth.
4. For tempering: Heat 1 tbsp Puremills Cold Pressed
Coconut Oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, chopped
green chili, curry leaves, and optional chopped
shallots.
5. Mix tempering into the porridge. Chill and serve cold.
